one to two tbsp organic brown rice miso paste (to taste) / a handful of dried porcini / floret a quarter head of broccoli / half a mug of dried seaweed / tsp chilli flakes
+ Add two large bowlfuls of water to a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer.
+ Add miso paste and porcini mushrooms.
+ After five minutes, add the remaining ingredients — stir well — simmer for five minutes, or until the broccoli is just tender.
